Our support team may need your Team ID to assist you. This article explains how to find it.

1. Click the "User" profile icon.

   

2. Under "Team", below the Team name, you will see "id : XXXXX". That ID number is your Team ID.

   

Changing Your Team Name and Team ID

• Team name can be changed only by users with Owner permission. Click the "Pen" icon next to the Team name to change it.

• Team ID cannot be changed.
