We have addressed issues with video analysis where Step split and subtitles were misaligned with the actual footage when videos lack explanatory narration. We have also added a new Qualification feature to manage the validity of licenses, in-house certifications, and health checkups on a per-person basis, allowing you to designate who you want to call for remote support.

① Video Analysis Improvements

• We improved the timing accuracy of Step split in videos without explanatory narration by refining the AI's time judgment mechanism.
• We enhanced the ability to detect fine, fast manual work in short videos. Videos of 5 minutes or less are now analyzed more finely (this is effective for tasks with minimal movement, such as assembling electronic components)
• We improved the quality of Step split positioning. We fixed an issue where splitting long videos resulted in too many steps and overly mechanical splits

② Qualification (License, In-house Certification, Health Checkup) Validity Management Added

We added a feature to manage the possession and validity of qualifications issued externally or in-house, such as licenses, in-house certifications, and health checkups on a per-person basis. All information about who has what qualifications and when they expire is now consolidated in one place, with notifications sent to the person and administrator before expiration, and a pathway to renewal training.

Previously, Training management had two layers: Training (Courses) = "whether watched" and Development (skill map) = "how far developed". Now there is an additional layer: "Qualification = whether the person is authorized to perform this work". Unlike skill maps, qualifications are assigned to individuals rather than groups, so the record persists even when someone changes departments.

● What you can do:

• Define qualifications: Category (Statutory qualification / In-house certification / Customer requirement / Health checkup / Other), validity period, in-house refresher training cycle, notification timing (default: 90 days before and 30 days before), and requirement for certificate number or certificate file
• Possession record: Enter the acquisition date and the Expiry date is automatically calculated. Renewals (retrain) are cumulative rather than overwriting, so acquisition history is retained. Certificate copies can be attached and are visible only to the person and administrator
• Application and approval from the person: The person applies from their Personal page → Administrator receives an email and approves or rejects
• Expiry reminders: Emails are sent at the notification timing, on the expiration date, and after expiration. The person receives individual emails, while the administrator receives a single consolidated email for the team
• Automatic Renewal training assignment: When expiration approaches, linked Training courses are automatically assigned to the person
• People who need the qualification: Specify the Required number of people per group (department/process) and see how many are needed
• Required qualification for an SOP: When you link the required qualifications to an SOP, if a person without the qualification opens it, a warning is displayed on the start screen (viewing is not blocked). A record of viewing is kept as evidence
• Import from existing ledger: You can bulk import your Excel / CSV ledger as-is

● Notes

• Available to Core, Pro, and Enterprise plan customers
• The Qualification page can be opened by Owner / Team Administrator / Group Administrator (sidebar: Training management → Qualifications). The person can apply from the Qualifications tab on their Personal page
• Guests are outside the scope of Qualification management
• Unless you set required qualifications for an SOP, the current viewing and playback behavior will not change

③ Remote Support Now Allows You to Designate Who You Want to Call

When requesting support, you can now designate who you want to send support to. You can search and select by name, or designate all members of your Same group at once.

• The designated person receives an email notification. They can be notified even if they are not viewing the support request map (clicking the link in the email opens the support request map)
• The support provider can filter the map by All / For me / Same group
• The sidebar displays the number of pending requests
• If no one is designated, the request is displayed by group as before

④ Other Improvements and Bug Fixes

● 3D Editing

• We aligned the appearance in 3D editing with AR (device display). Brightness and color are now closer to the device
• We fixed a bug where lights included in the 3D Model would change the overall brightness of the screen
• We fixed a bug where some 3D Models (FBX files created with 3ds Max) were displayed at a 90-degree angle
• We fixed a bug in View in 3D

● Text-to-speech and Dictionary

• We fixed a bug where if you register words consisting only of letters (e.g. "Pa") in the Reading dictionary, the reading becomes silent around English words containing that sequence (e.g. "Package")
• We made the "authority settings for suggestions and approvals" available in all plans for the Glossary and Reading dictionary (previously only available in Enterprise plan)
• We fixed a bug where dictionary Bulk approve was not properly reflected

● Video and Files

• We fixed a bug where analysis fails for Office files with macros
• We fixed a bug where uploading a reference file directly from the analysis settings screen results in an error
• We improved the speed of File output from SOP (PDF / PowerPoint / Excel)
• We fixed a bug where hidden subtitles were included in Excel output
• To prevent AI processing from continuing indefinitely for unknown reasons, we now treat it as a failure (you can re-analyze)

● Other

• We improved the stability of Offline playback
• We fixed a bug in pagination of the list table
• The Work Analysis Gantt chart now displays the step number at the top of the popup

If you have not changed settings, the current behavior of SOPs and viewing will not change. Video analysis improvements are automatically applied to newly analyzed videos (created SOPs will not change until re-analyzed). Qualifications are displayed on the viewer's screen only when required qualifications are set for an SOP.
