“Compare with SOP” is a feature that matches a worker's video against the SOP and uses AI to check whether the steps were followed. It shows missing steps, steps done out of order, and risky moments. It is available on Pro Plan or higher.
The AI output is reference findings only and does not decide pass or fail. The final decision is made by the trainer.
Add a comparison
- Open “Work Analysis” → “Compare with SOP” from the left side menu.
- Click “Add comparison” at the top right, and select the baseline as either “From an SOP” or “From file.”
- Select the “Target person” (the person who did the work) and the work video.
- Click “Start.”
After you select a baseline, its name and “Check the contents” are shown. For an SOP, you can check the contents in the player. For a file, you can check the contents on the “Review AI processing results” screen before you decide.
What can be used as a baseline
- From an SOP … Select a published SOP. Draft SOPs cannot be selected, because the published version is treated as the official one.
- From file … On the material selection screen, select an Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or PDF file for which AI processing is complete. If you have a Work standard that has not yet been made into an SOP in Dive, you can also use that file as-is as the baseline.
Start directly from an SOP
You can also go to a comparison that uses an SOP as the baseline from the “…” menu on the SOP card. You can start without opening the editor.
Viewing results
We will notify you by email when the analysis is finished. Click a row in the list to open the results screen.
Status for each step
One of the following is shown for each step in the SOP.
- Done … The video confirmed that this step was performed.
- Missing … Could not check in the video.
- Out of order … The step was performed in a different order from the SOP.
- Unverified … Could not be judged, for example because it does not appear in the video. This does not necessarily mean it was not done.
If a Standard time is set for the steps, Actual / Standard / Difference is also shown. If Standard time is not set for all steps, the time comparison is not shown.
Findings
For steps confirmed as done, findings are shown by comparing the Work content, Quality Warning, Important safety information, and questions with the video. As noted above, these are reference findings and do not decide pass or fail.
Risky moments
Separately from the SOP, scenes in the video that could lead to danger (injury/defect) are listed with their timestamps. This is done even when the SOP does not describe such a scene.
Viewing by the target person
The comparison results can also be viewed from the target person's Personal page. On the target person's screen, missing steps, steps done out of order, and advice are listed.
About version display
- A comparison is made against the version that was current when it was run. The heading in the details shows the version that the comparison actually compared against.
- If the comparison is against a version older than the latest published version, “Old version” is shown.
- If the SOP or file used as the baseline is deleted, “Deleted” is shown. Existing results can still be viewed as-is, but you cannot add new comparisons or re-analyze.
Try again or delete
From the “…” menu on the results screen, you can do the following.
- Redo comparison only … The video analysis stays as it is, and only the comparison with the SOP is redone.
- Start over from the beginning … Redo everything from the video analysis. All existing results will be deleted.
- Re-analyze failed segments only … If only some segments failed, only those segments are redone.
You can edit or delete only the comparisons you added yourself. In the list, you can select rows and delete them together with “Delete selected.”
Sharing scope
You can set the sharing scope for each comparison. People without permission cannot see the results in the list.
