"Quick Analysis" is a feature that analyzes a work video with AI by selecting just one video. No SOP or standard time setup is required. It's available on the Pro plan or higher.
What you get
Quick Analysis produces the following two outputs.
Risky moments
The system identifies scenes in the video that could lead to danger, with timestamps. Each finding is tagged with one of two categories and a severity level (high, medium, or low).
- Injury — missing or improper protective equipment, hands near moving objects or sharp tools, working at heights without support, entering hazardous areas, dangerous tool handling, etc.
- Defect — dropping or dragging parts, soiling surfaces, skipping checks, etc.
AI does not flag something only because "safety cannot be confirmed." It identifies issues based on what is actually visible in the video.
Improvement hints
The system suggests observations about work structure, such as waiting, tool switching, searching, and workflow efficiency.
Improvement hints appear only when the video's work video AI analysis (AI processing for SOP creation) is complete. For videos that have not yet been analyzed, only risky moment detection runs.
Getting started
Starting from the side menu
- Open "Work Analysis" > "Quick Analysis" from the left side menu
- Click "Start Quick Analysis" in the top right
- From "Select a video", choose one video to analyze
- Enter a brief description of the task (optional). Example: "Removing and restacking sheet metal from a press"
- Select the sharing scope (Only me / Group / Entire team)
- Click "Analyze"
The task description is optional, but including it reduces off-target findings.
Starting from Materials
From the video card in "Materials" or from the materials list, select "Run work analysis with this media" to choose between Quick Analysis or Time Analysis.
Analysis takes a few minutes. When complete, you'll receive an email notification. In the list, you can check the status of the video, improvement hints, and risky moments.
Viewing results
Click a row in the list to open the result screen.
- The video appears on the left (or top on narrow screens), with the list of findings on the right (or bottom)
- Click a finding to jump to that moment in the video
- When the finding time range is reached, a box and label overlay the matched location in the video
- A marker for risky moments appears on the timeline below the video
- On wide screens, you can drag the border between left and right to adjust the widths
Changing the sharing scope
In the list, select "Sharing scope" from the "..." menu for the target row, and change it to one of: "Only me" / "Same group" / "Entire team". For details, see Sharing work analysis results with your team or group (sharing scope settings).
Trying again or deleting
Analyzing the same video again replaces the previous result. A confirmation appears before execution.
In the list, you can select rows and delete them in bulk. You can only delete rows you have permission to delete. When deleted, risky moment detection results are also removed and cannot be recovered.
