You can export the results of each step in Work Analysis (TimeStudy) and Standard time into a single Excel file (.xlsx) organized as 7 sheets. You can extract the values exactly as they appear on screen for process management tables, business proposal materials, and data import into other systems.
Export procedure
- Open the target work analysis project
- First complete Work Analysis (at least through STEP 2 extraction) (the Export to Excel button cannot be clicked without element data)
- Click the [Export to Excel] button (Excel icon) in the upper right corner of the screen
- The file is downloaded with the filename Work Analysis_project name.xlsx
The [Export to Excel] button can be clicked from any screen from STEP 1 through STEP 6. Even while analyzing, you can export the current content to Excel.
The 7 exported sheets
- Summary: Total time before improvement → after improvement, waste rate, reduction amount, and other figures shown on the achievement card and work structure graph
- Select (check for waste): STEP 1 AI improvement suggestion (ECRS) list (severity / viewpoint / title / details / affected steps)
- Extraction: STEP 2 Cycle × element measurement time matrix (including totals for each cycle)
- Variation: STEP 2 Variation by repetition (cycle time and average, median, minimum, maximum, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and outlier repetitions for each element). This sheet appears in videos where repetitions are 2 or more
- Classification: STEP 3 element list in chronological order (work classification, work name, measurement time)
- Improvement: STEP 4 element list in order after rearrangement (cut / work classification after improvement / work name after improvement / work name at measurement / merged / measurement time / correction speed / Standard time / improvement category / what was reduced / improvement note)
- Comparison: STEP 6 junior staff comparison metadata (target person, video, status, created at, analyzed at)
Definition of "Standard time"
The "Standard time" in this Excel file is defined the same way as displayed on screen (the "Standard" column in STEP 4 element list).
- Measurement time (seconds) = element segment length (minimum 0.05 seconds, one decimal place)
- Standard time (seconds) = measurement time ÷ correction speed (one decimal place)
Correction speed is a correction coefficient that can be set for each element in STEP 4 to reflect adjustments such as "1.2x for junior staff" or "0.9x for experienced workers". Standard time is calculated by dividing by the correction speed.
Important notes
- Items not displayed on screen (process symbols, internal values of waste tags, non-public notes, etc.) are not included in the export
- Currently, the STEP 6 comparison sheet contains metadata only (whose video was analyzed and when). Detailed metrics such as delays and ratios for each element will be supported in the future
- Headings and sheet names are output in the language you are using
- Files are downloaded in .xlsx format and can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, and other applications
- Work analysis shared by other members can also be downloaded from the same [Export to Excel] button (output is possible if the analysis is viewable). For more information on sharing, see Share work analysis results with team/group
