We have updated the Usage Report and View History. In addition, we are enhancing the invitation and registration process, as well as the editing and playback screens.

① Added SOP Name Filtering to Usage Report

As the number of SOPs increased, sorting alone was not enough to reach the target SOP. We have added SOP name filtering to the Usage Report. The total row at the top remains even when filtered.

In addition, we removed "Anonymous users" from the permission filtering. This was a choice that would always result in 0 items when selected, which made it appear that "the filtered results disappeared" (anonymous views through external sharing are not included in the Usage Report according to our policy).

● View History has been organized by SOP

Previously, the View History displayed different cards for each revision, and when you opened a history entry, only the viewing records for that revision were displayed. Now, the same SOP with different revisions are consolidated into one card and treated as a single unit like Favorites, Tags, Viewing records, and comparison of operations. The issue where the number of displayed items decreased when there were deleted SOPs has also been fixed.

② Other Improvements and Bug Fixes

● Invitations and Registration

• Fixed an issue where, when the server was temporarily unresponsive, valid invitation and registration URLs would display "The invitation has been canceled" or "The expiry date has passed." If verification cannot be completed, we now display that fact and allow you to try again
• Fixed an issue where the expiry date could be off by up to 1 day for registration URLs issued from overseas locations

● Editing and Playback Screens

• The divider between the step text and video areas is now easier to grab and drag. The open/close button remains in the center of the divider; pressing it opens/closes and dragging moves it
• Opening and closing the step text field from a collapsed state now transitions smoothly without switching halfway through
• Button display now has 3 levels for narrow widths, ensuring "Previous" and "Next" are readable even on small screens
• The indicator showing that more text continues below has been moved to the bottom right, and pressing it allows you to scroll down slightly
• Fixed an issue on mobile devices where the step card title line would shift to the right and the "..." menu would disappear
• The language selection screen now displays in 3 columns on mobile devices
• Fixed an issue where, after adding a step from the "Insert steps" screen, the add screen could end up behind and become invisible

● Uploads

• Fixed an issue where uploading a video with unreadable playback time would cause processing to stop and the daily upload quota would not return until the next day
• Fixed an issue where the daily upload count was not calculated correctly when importing from SharePoint or OneDrive
