Based on a lot of customer feedback along these lines, we've introduced the Guest Permission concept!
For Core Plan or higher, you can invite targets at 3 times the number of Users with Owner through View Permissions as Guest Permission slots!
（With Pro Plan, you get 200 total slots including Guest Permission (50 Owner through View Permission slots + 150 Guest Permission slots)!）
What is Guest Permission
Guest Permission is an account designed solely for Viewing specified Folders only.
Unlike External Sharing, it reduces the complexity of Folder Share management and allows you to collect Audit Logs, enabling secure operation with reduced security risk. While Guest Permission Users are not included in Training management targets such as usage history tracking or Skill Map scope, it is possible to assign Guest Permission to internal Users as well.
