We've released 4 new features to strengthen Dive's content organization and field demand aggregation. From planning "SOPs to be created going forward," to organizing existing SOPs and collecting feedback from the field—all covered end-to-end.
We've also released integrated enhancements to the education and training domain. For details, see New Feature Release (1/1): Education and Training Integration Enhancements (Training Courses / Personal page / Deadline Reminders / Pass/fail judgment and Viewing records).
① Creation Plan (Plan and assign SOPs to be developed by folder)
A new feature to plan "SOPs to be created" by folder and manage assignee, deadline, and progress all on one screen. While "Desired procedures" (idea notebook) is a bottom-up demand collection from the field, the Creation Plan is a board to set planned development top-down first.
- Plan Map: A canvas organized by folder hierarchy, showing planned and existing SOPs at a glance. Drag to sort and reassign
- My Assignments: Table view of only the planned SOPs assigned to you. One button to go from starting creation to completion report
- Excel import and export: Register and update in bulk in the same format as SOP List Export to Excel. Also supports Export to Excel for overall and personal assignments
- Promotion from "Desired procedures": Elevate feedback collected from the field to official development plans with assignee and deadline
- Integrated with deadline reminders: Automatic email to assignees 3 days before / 1 day before / after deadline (see Release A for details)
Available plans: "My Assignments" view is available on all plans. Plan Map and Excel import/export are available on Pro plan and higher. The Creation Plan page can be opened by users with Created user role or higher. In the sidebar: [Manage] → [Creation Plan].
For details, see Creation Plan (Plan and assign SOPs to be developed by folder).
② Tag feature (Team-common tags for SOPs and folders)
You can now add team-common tags to SOPs and folders for classification, search, and visualization. Register once with unified team vocabulary such as "Important," "In Update," "For New Model A," and then simply select and apply them (free input not allowed—no spelling variations).
- Manage tag vocabulary: In [Dictionary / Templates] → [Tag] tab, register name, color, and emphasis (bold) (Team Administrator or higher)
- Add to SOPs: From Basic information tab / List's [⋯] menu → [Set tags] to select (immediate reflection)
- Can also add to folders: Same operation from folder's [⋯] menu
- Filter in search: In SOP search's detailed Filter, you can specify tags on SOPs / tags on folders
Available plans: Available on all plans. For details, see Add tags to SOPs and folders (Tag feature).
③ Desired Procedures comment thread
A comment thread has been added to each card in "Desired procedures" (idea notebook). You can now exchange information about the details of requests, related information, and creation strategy right there.
- Expand / close with the comment icon at the bottom right of the card. The number next to the icon is the total comment count (only the icon shows when there are 0 comments)
- You can edit and delete your own comments. The thread is flat, single-level
- When you post a comment, the request's author and people who "+1"ed it (except yourself) receive email notification
- During sorting and filtering, the overall list order is frozen so the open comment thread is not passed by
- You can promote a request to Creation Plan to follow it up with assignee and deadline
④ Dictionary Excel / CSV bulk import (3 dictionaries)
On the "Dictionary / Templates" page, Pronunciation Dictionary, Translation Glossary, and Notation Unification Dictionary now support bulk registration via Excel / CSV. Migration from other tools and incorporation of internal term tables can be completed in a single operation.
- From each dictionary's [Bulk import] button, import via file selection or paste
- Diff preview (add / update / skip / error) to confirm content before finalizing
- Excel template can be downloaded with existing content filled in (edit and re-upload as-is)
- Supports CSV / TSV / Excel (.xlsx / .xlsm) with auto-detection of UTF-8 / Shift-JIS
For details, see each dictionary article: Pronunciation Dictionary / Translation Glossary / Notation Unification Dictionary
A positive cycle from "Create" to "Use"
The features released this time strengthen the SOP development lifecycle end-to-end: idea notebook that collects "what SOPs the field wants" → Creation Plan that decides "what to create next" → Tag feature that helps with "organization after creation" → Dictionary bulk import that supports "word standardization."
Use the creation–organization–utilization cycle combined with education and training integration enhancements (see details in this release Here).
