This release adds "Question Templates" to speed up SOP question creation, "Independent Subtitle Style" to specify motion subtitles in a different style from the main text, keyboard controls on the playback screen, admin account unlock, and Excel export for Work Analysis results. We've also improved the naturalness of motion subtitles and renamed the dictionary feature to "Terminology Glossary."
① Question Templates (Pro and above)
You can now apply similar questions (pass/fail judgment, multiple choice, numeric range, etc.) that were previously set repeatedly across multiple procedures all at once using templates.
- A new [Use template] action has been added to the "Bulk edit" → "Bulk edit questions" tab in the SOP editor
- Simply select a pre-registered question template and choose the target procedures to replace or add questions (question text, choices, correct answer, pass/fail judgment, etc.) all at once
- You can also add templates to procedures that don't have questions set yet
Question templates can be created and managed in the "Templates" tab on the Terminology Glossary page. By registering frequently-used inspection questions (e.g., pass/fail judgment for "No abnormality / Needs repair," range checks for standard values, etc.) as team standards, SOP creation becomes much easier going forward.
② Video AI "Subtitle style" can now be specified independently from the main text
Previously, the motion subtitles in videos (short action descriptions displayed at the bottom of the screen) generated by AI processing and the SOP main text style (imperative, polite, nominal form, etc.) applied the same style. Now you can specify different styles for subtitles and main text.
- In the AI processing options, [Subtitle style] defaults to "Same as text style" (as before)
- Uncheck to switch subtitles to a different style only (e.g., main text polite, subtitle imperative)
- When "Follow policy" is selected for the main text, subtitles will need to be chosen individually since they don't support policy settings
We've also improved the naturalness of motion subtitles themselves (reducing ending variations and unnatural phrasing).
③ SOP Playback: Arrow keys ← / → to move between procedures
On the SOP playback screen, you can now move to previous and next procedures by pressing the arrow keys ← / →. This works the same as clicking the "Next" or "Previous" buttons.
- Disabled while input fields, question modals, table of contents modals, etc. are open (doesn't intercept key input)
- Disabled before playback starts (Click to start)
- Useful for floor terminals where mouse operation is difficult or for viewing during work where both hands are occupied
④ Work Analysis results can now be exported to Excel
You can now export the results of each step in Work Analysis and standard time into a single Excel file. For process management tables, approval documents, or import into other systems, you can extract the exact values visible on screen.
- Open a Work Analysis project and export from the [Export to Excel] button (Excel icon) in the top right of the screen. You can press it from any STEP1–STEP6 screen
- Output structure: 6 sheets – Summary / Selection (AI Improvement suggestion) / Extraction (Cycle × Element matrix) / Classification (Chronological order) / Improvement (After reorganization with standard time) / Comparison (Metadata for novice comparison)
- Standard time = Measured time ÷ Correction speed is exported by this definition (same as screen display)
For details, see Export Work Analysis results to Excel (standard time extraction).
Other improvements
- Dictionary renamed to "Terminology Glossary" for consistency: The feature for improving term interpretation accuracy in AI processing, translation, and speech recognition has been standardized to "Terminology Glossary" across the UI. In addition to the Excel/CSV bulk import added in the previous release, the aforementioned Question Templates are now consolidated on this page.
- "Delete" user unified to "Disable": Batch operations previously labeled "Delete" are now unified as "Disable." The implementation remains logical deletion (recoverable) as before with no functional changes.
- Added AI processing launch from unprocessed videos: [Run AI processing] button now displays for videos that haven't been processed yet from the Media browser detail modal. Videos that are uploaded but not yet analyzed can be queued for analysis with one click. See Run AI processing on unanalyzed video materials for details.
- Sign-in reset bug fix: Fixed an issue where the sign-in screen input reset was not working properly under certain conditions.
- Account unlock (Owner / Team Administrator): Users in a locked state due to excessive login failures can now be unlocked immediately by admins. User management can perform this action.
