This release focuses on "no more waiting". Material uploads (video, image, PDF, etc.) now run in the background, so you can continue other work while uploading. We've also sped up Materials List loading. Teams with more materials will notice the biggest difference.
① Material uploads now proceed in the background
Previously, you had to stay on the upload screen while videos and other files were uploading. Now, after you start an upload, you're free to navigate to other screens. Progress appears continuously in the upload tray at the bottom right of your screen.
- Continues when you move pages: You can edit SOPs or check viewing records while uploads happen in the background.
- Select multiple files at once — it's OK: Even if you select many files at once, 3 upload simultaneously, and the rest wait in "Waiting" status until their turn. No bandwidth hogging — large video batches upload stably.
- Cancel or retry individual items: From each tray row, you can "Cancel" running or waiting uploads, or "Retry" failed ones. Canceled or failed uploads do not count against your upload or AI processing quota (used quota returns automatically).
- Completed materials auto-add to the list: When an upload finishes, the material automatically appears in the Materials List.

Caution: Closing or reloading the browser tab during upload will pause it. Navigating to other pages is fine.
② Materials List loading is now faster
Before, opening the Materials List meant loading all target data at once, which slowed down display as materials grew. Now, we load 20 items in reverse upload-date order and add more as you scroll.
- Opens instantly: Even teams with hundreds or thousands of materials see the Materials page and material selection for "Create SOP" right away.
- Loaded lists are reused: Once loaded, the list is shared across the app, so moving between the Materials page ⇄ SOP material selection ⇄ AR material selection doesn't trigger reloads.
- New materials are auto-added: When you return to the screen, any materials uploaded from another device (like a phone) quietly appear as new items. There's also a manual "Reload" button.
③ Other improvements
- Free plan now supports up to 3 users: The free plan previously allowed only 1 user. Now you can register 3 users. Since SOPs work best when creators and viewers are both present, we've opened the free plan to small teams.
- You can invite members when creating a team: During new account setup, you can invite members (max 2) right away. No need to hunt for the admin screen later.
- Adjusted "Choose creation method" screen layout: Fixed the problem of options being too large and hard to click; improved readability.
- Streamlined SOP creation from files: Removed unused internal processing from Excel, Word, and PowerPoint imports to cut conversion wait time.
