We have released four major new features to strengthen the Training and Development area of Dive. From delivering and managing the SOPs that "everyone must master," to providing a single entry point to track each person's growth, we now cover the entire workflow seamlessly.
We are also releasing separate new features to strengthen content organization and field demand aggregation. For details, see New Feature Release B: Content Organization and Field Demand Aggregation (Creation Plan / Tags / Desired Procedures Thread / Dictionary Excel and CSV Bulk Import).
① Training (Courses) Feature Released
We have released a Training feature that bundles multiple SOPs into one "Course" and distributes it to target users while managing progress status in one place. Use this for new hire onboarding, annual training, new equipment startup, and other scenarios where you want "everyone to view the entire course and reach a full understanding."
Available Plans: Core Plan and above (Core / Pro / Enterprise)
●Key points
- Bundle SOPs into courses: Add via Folder or AI Search. Course name and description can be generated by AI
- Strict completion judgment / Sequential access: You can set conditions beyond just "opened" to require "Solo completion"
- Assessment test: Generate questions manually or by AI. Set the pass threshold by correct answer rate (default 80%)
- Assign to Groups or individuals with deadlines: Toggle between "include all subordinates / Direct only"
- Progress grid: Visualize the matrix of target users × SOPs within the course in 4 colors (Completed / Incorrect / Incomplete / Unread)
- By course / By person and group — two views to check bottlenecks from both perspectives
For details, see How to Create and Assign Courses and View Progress Status (Training Feature).
② Personal Page (Training / Development / Usage — 3 Tabs Integrated)
We have added a new Personal page where you can view a single user across three tabs: [Training] (Course progress) / [Development] (Skills / Skill Map) / [Usage] (Viewing and usage patterns). Information that was previously scattered across separate pages is now consolidated at the URL /dashboard/person/{uid}.
●Key points
- 3 tabs integrated: Training (Course progress) / Development (Skills, records, plans) / Usage (Viewing and usage patterns) — switch between tabs on one screen
- Development tab sub-switch: Toggle between your own skills / list of mentees you are developing
- Entry points: Open personal page from the user avatar in the top right, or Open related page from the User details drawer (Skills / Course progress / Usage Report / Mentees)
-
Deep link: Use
?tab=course|skill|mentees|usageto navigate directly to your desired tab -
Legacy URL compatibility: Old URLs
/dashboard/skill/{uid}and/dashboard/usage/{uid}automatically redirect
●Access rights
- Owner / Team Administrator: Everyone's personal page
- Group Administrator: Users in your managed group (direct and subordinate)
- Created user / View-only user / Guest: Yourself, or learners you are developing
- Usage tab and mentees sub-view: Owner / Team Administrator / Group Administrator / The user themselves only
For details, see Personal Page (View One User across Training / Development / Usage in 3 Tabs).
③ Deadline Reminders (Automatic Email)
When a deadline is approaching or has passed, responsible parties now receive automatic email notifications. No setup required—just set a deadline and reminders are sent automatically.
- Targets: Training (Courses) enrollment (only incomplete users with deadlines), Creation Plan planned SOPs (with assignee and deadline)
- Stages: 3 days before / 1 day before / Overdue (once only when overdue)
- Delivered daily at 08:00 (JST)
- Changing the deadline sends reminders on the new deadline; users who have completed all SOPs in a course are automatically excluded
- Guests and Disabled users are also excluded from delivery
④ Pass/Fail Judgment Questions and Viewing Records (Checklist and Inspection Operations)
A new "Use as pass/fail judgment" checkbox has been added to questions. When enabled, the question determines Normal / Abnormal instead of Correct / Incorrect, and the SOP continues forward even if abnormal conditions are detected. Responses are recorded as "abnormal." This is ideal for Checklist and inspection operations such as pre-shift inspections and pre-work checks.
- Multiple choice (Yes / No, Select, Multiple selection): Specify one or more choices that indicate "Normal"
- Numeric input: Specify the lower and upper limits of the Normal range. Integrates with conditional branching ranges
- Viewing records modal: View a matrix of "who answered what and when" in rows and columns with OK/NG chips in cells. Open from the Viewing records button at the top of the SOP editing screen
- CSV export (Pro+): Export viewing records as a CSV deliverable
For details, see Pass/Fail Judgment Questions and Viewing Records (Checklist and Inspection Operations).
Positioning of "Training (Courses)" and "Development (Skill Map)"
With this release, Dive's Training and Development management is now organized as a two-layer role division.
- Training (Courses): A system for bundling and distributing "sets of SOPs that everyone must view." The goal is to have users view and complete the SOPs (consume the content)
- Development (Skill Map): A system for evaluating, planning, and recording "a person's skills." It tracks individual growth over the long term
The basic pattern is to deliver and circulate content through Training while visualizing individual status through Development. The Personal page is the unified entry point for viewing one person's complete status, adding [Usage] (viewing and usage patterns) to these two layers.
