We've improved video analysis to fix timing misalignment in instructional steps and subtitles for videos without narration. We've also added a Qualification feature to manage expiry dates for licenses, in-house certifications, and health checkups on a per-person basis, and enabled you to designate specific people to call for Remote support.
① Video Analysis Improvements
- Improved step timing accuracy in videos without narration by reconsidering the AI's time-judgment algorithm.
- Enhanced detection of fine, rapid manual work in short videos. Videos of 5 minutes or less are analyzed at higher detail (works well for small-movement tasks like electronic component assembly)
- Improved the quality of step division points. Fixed issues where dividing long videos resulted in too many steps and mechanical breaks
② Added Qualification Expiry Management (Licenses, In-house Certifications, Health Checkups)
We've added a feature to manage the possession and expiry dates of qualifications issued externally or in-house—such as licenses, in-house certifications, and health checkups—on a per-person basis. Gather who holds what and when it expires in one place, notify the person and managers before expiry, and connect them to renewal training.
Training management previously had two layers: "Training (Courses) = viewed" and "Development (skill map) = how far trained." Now "Qualification = permitted to do this work" is added. Unlike skill maps, qualifications belong to the person, not the group, so records transfer when someone moves.
●What you can do
- Define qualifications: Category (Statutory qualification / In-house certification / Customer requirement / Health checkup / Other), validity period, in-house refresher training cycle, notification timing (default 90 days and 30 days before), mandatory certificate number or certificate file
- Possession records: Auto-calculate expiry date when you enter the acquisition date. Renewals (re-training) stack rather than overwrite, so acquisition history is preserved. You can attach certificate copies, and only the person and managers can view them
- Application and approval by the person: Person applies from Personal page → manager receives email and approves or rejects
- Expiry reminders: Email at notification timing, on the day, and if overdue. Individual emails to the person; one summary email per team to managers
- Auto-assign Renewal training: Automatically assign linked training courses to people whose expiry date is approaching
- People who need the qualification: Set the required number of people per group (department/process) and see shortfalls
- Required qualification for SOP: Link "required qualifications for this task" to an SOP; when people without them open it, a warning appears on the start screen (viewing is not blocked). The viewing record is retained as proof
- Import existing records: Bulk-import your current Excel / CSV records as-is
For detailed usage, see Manage qualification (license, in-house certification, health checkup) expiry dates.
●Important notes
- Available to Core, Pro, and Enterprise plan customers
- The Qualification page can be accessed by Owner / Team Administrator / Group Administrator (in the sidebar: Training management → Qualification). The person can apply from the Qualification tab on their Personal page
- Guests are not subject to qualification management
- Unless you set required qualifications on an SOP, viewing and playback behavior remains unchanged
③ You Can Now Designate Specific People for Remote Support
When requesting support, you can now designate the person you want to come. Search and select by name, or designate everyone in your group at once.
- The designated person receives email notification. They are notified even if they're not viewing the request map (opening the link in the email launches the request map)
- The support provider's map can be filtered by All / For me / Same group
- Unaddressed request count is displayed in the sidebar
- If you submit a request without designating anyone, it displays by group as before
④ Other Refinements and Bug Fixes
●3D Editing
- Aligned 3D editing appearance with AR (holding the device display). Brightness and color now match the actual device
- Fixed a bug where lights in the 3D model changed the brightness of the entire screen
- Fixed a bug where some 3D models (FBX created in 3ds Max, etc.) were displayed rotated 90 degrees
- Fixed a bug in View in 3D
●Text-to-speech and Dictionary
- Fixed a bug where registering letter-only terms (e.g., "Pa") in the reading dictionary caused silent playback when the sequence appears in English words (e.g., "Package")
- Enabled "Proposal and Approval Authority Settings" in the Glossary and reading dictionary for all plans (previously Enterprise only)
- Fixed a bug where dictionary Bulk approve did not reflect correctly
●Video and File
- Fixed a bug where Office files with macros failed to analyze
- Fixed a bug where uploading a reference file from the analysis settings screen resulted in an error
- Improved speed of SOP file export (PDF / PowerPoint / Excel)
- Fixed a bug where hidden subtitles were included in Excel export
- Configured AI processing to treat unknown failures as failed so they don't continue indefinitely (you can re-analyze)
●Other
- Stabilized Offline playback
- Fixed a bug in list pagination
- The Work Analysis Gantt chart now displays element number at the top of the popup
Unless you change settings, SOP and viewing behavior remain unchanged. Video analysis improvements apply automatically to newly analyzed videos (already-created SOPs don't change until you re-analyze). Qualifications appear on viewers' screens only when you set required qualifications on an SOP.
