If you're logged into Dive, you can change your password yourself. If you don't know your password and can't log in, you can reset it from the login screen.
Change password while logged in
If you know your current password, use this method to change it.
- Open the user icon in the top right corner of the screen and click "Change password" under "Account & Security".
- Enter your "Current password", "New password", and "New password (confirm)".
- Click "Change". When "Password has been changed." appears, you're done.
Your new password must be at least 12 characters long and must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. If your current password is incorrect, you'll see "The current password is incorrect".
If you're logged in with Single Sign-On (SSO), you cannot change your password from Dive. Please change it on your authentication platform (Microsoft Entra ID / SAML) side.
If you forgot your password
You'll need to reset your password.
-
On the login screen, enter your email address and click "Reset password" (if you're already logged in, log out first).
-
Once you see the success message, an email will be sent from the system.
- Click the link in the email from noreply@episotech.com to reset your password (note: if you open the link from an iOS device with the Dive mobile app installed, the change screen may not load properly).
Email-free account password
"Email-free" accounts without an email address cannot reset their password via email. If you forget your password, the Owner / Team Admin must reset (reissue) the password. You can reset it from the target user in the User management screen, and a new initial password will be displayed.
