Display name spec

The name assigned by an administrator for each user is used. If no setting exists, the name set by the user themselves is used.

Change your own name

Click the person icon in the top right, and change from "Display name".

1. Click "User management" and select the user
   
2. Edit from the "Pen" icon in the "Name" row
