Yes, you can. First, for each SOP, from the Viewing records at the top of the SOP details (or the Viewing records in the […] menu on the Step list), you can check view count, who has viewed and who has not yet viewed, how each person answered the questions in each viewing session (Work records), and which checkpoints are prone to mistakes (Stumble map) all on one screen. For SOPs with questions that include pass/fail scoring, the Work records automatically become the records for the inspection list and Checklist.
If you want to see usage results across your entire team, use Usage Report. You can visualize playback count (Views), number of viewers, Views per procedure, Views per person, and more for each manual. You can check who is viewing which SOP and how much, organized By group or by User.
Additionally, from the answer results of questions placed in the steps (Checkpoints), you can also understand user comprehension and response through Wrong-answer rate, Stumble, Self-completion rate (in the Viewing records tab column of Usage Report), such as "did they pass on their own." You can identify procedures or users with high wrong-answer rates and use them as the starting point for training or revision.
Note: There is currently no reaction feature like "like" buttons, but you can quantitatively confirm the level of usage through the viewing results and question results mentioned above.
