Dive's question (quiz) feature can be used for inspection checklists and checklist operations by using it not just for educational correct/incorrect answers, but as a "Pass/fail judgment". Even when abnormalities are found, the SOP does not stop—it continues forward, and the answer is recorded as "abnormal". Later, you can check a list of "who answered what and when" in the Viewing records modal.
Available plans: The question feature itself is available on Core plan or higher. To view answers to questions in viewing records, Core plan or higher is required. CSV export of viewing records is available on Pro plan or higher.

How to create a question to "Use as pass/fail judgment"
When you select the question Type, a "Use as pass/fail judgment" checkbox appears right below it. When you turn it on, the question determines "Normal/Abnormal" instead of "Correct/Incorrect".
- Even if abnormal, the SOP does not stop and continues forward
- The answer is recorded as "abnormal" and can be checked later in viewing records
- Perfect for checklist operations where you "honestly report any abnormalities found and proceed"
The supported question types are the following two.
Multiple choice (Yes/No, Choice, Multiple selection)
- On the question card, set the Type to [Yes/No], [Choice], or [Multiple selection]
- Turn on the [Use as pass/fail judgment] checkbox
- A "Normal" column appears in the choices table. Check the normal choices (one or more required)
- Selecting anything other than normal choices is recorded as "abnormal"
Numeric input
- On the question card, set the Type to [Numeric input]
- Turn on the [Use as pass/fail judgment] checkbox
- Enter the lower limit to upper limit for the "Normal range"
- Entering a value outside the range is recorded as "abnormal"
※ When pass/fail judgment is off, it works as before with "Correct range" (quiz behavior that allows passage only on correct answers).
Using with branching
Pass/fail judgment questions can be combined with branching. In the branching editor for numeric input, if you set the condition "Range" to [Match question settings], it will automatically sync with the normal range on the question side (changes on the question side will be reflected in the branch side). You can quickly set up flows like "if normal, proceed to next step; if abnormal, go to abnormality response procedure".
Check viewing records
For each SOP, you can check "who saw it, when, and what they answered" in the Viewing records modal.

- Top menu of SOP editing screen: Open directly from the [Viewing records] button
- Usage Report: Open viewing records from the SOP details
What you can check in viewing records
- Rows: One execution (who viewed it and when)
- Columns: Each question in that version

Cells: Answer value + OK/NG chip
- Green (OK): Normal choice/value in normal range, passed
- Red (NG): Abnormal choice/value outside range, passed (= abnormality found)
- Check: Confirmation-only question with no pass/fail (no answer key or range set)
- Numeric: Measured value when no pass/fail range is set for numeric input
- Rev dropdown: Switch between SOP versions to check (does not span versions)
- Status summary: Shows count of Completed/Completed (with stumbles)/Completed (with abnormalities)/Incomplete at the top
- Click a row to open a detail drawer for one execution
CSV export (Pro plan or higher)
Click the [Export] button in the top right of the modal to export viewing records as a CSV file. You can save it as a deliverable for checklists or use it as a source for importing into external report formats.
Permissions to open viewing records
- Owner / Team Administrator: Can view all records in the team for the target SOP
- Group Administrator: Limited to records of users under their managed group
- Created user / View-only user / Guest: Viewing records are not displayed
Example use cases
- Pre-shift inspection: Compose a group of Yes/No questions to "Use as pass/fail judgment". Even with abnormalities, it doesn't stop and continues forward, leaving a record as an inspection checklist
- Numeric specification check: Set a normal range for a measurement value input question. Outside range = abnormality found, within range = OK, listed in a summary
- Jump to different procedure on abnormality: Use pass/fail judgment + branching to auto-jump to an "Abnormality response manual" when abnormality is detected
- Save as audit record: Export CSV monthly and keep it as a document for internal audits and ISO operations
