AI check is a feature where AI reviews photos submitted by workers again and shows "No issues found / Possible discrepancy / Cannot determine from photo" as a reference observation. It works as a dual verification system, adding a second AI perspective to human review. It does not stop answer saving, and results are purely advisory.

Available to Pro and Enterprise Plan customers. Settings are configured from a PC browser. Can only be used with questions where photo submission is required.

What is AI check

For questions where photo submission is required, AI reviews photos taken and submitted by workers. The verification method changes depending on whether a reference image is registered.

• When a reference image is registered: AI compares the submitted photo with the reference image (Check against the reference)
• When no reference image is registered: AI reviews the photo based on the question text and SOP details

Results do not replace final judgments such as "Passed" or "Compliant." Use them as assistance, with the understanding that the worker and manager will conduct their own verification.

Configuration method

Open the target question in the SOP editing screen on a PC browser and configure it. Since AI check requires photo submission, first enable photo submission and then enable AI check.

1. Require photo submission

1. In question editing, turn ON "Require photo submission".

When enabled, on-site photo capture and submission will be required when viewing (multiple photos allowed). Specify what you want photographed in the question description.

2. Enable AI check

1. Turn ON "Use AI check" which appears below "Require photo submission".

3. Register a reference image (optional)

1. Turn ON "Prepare a reference image" below the question text.
2. Upload the reference image.

When a reference image is registered, the verification becomes "Check against the reference" where submitted photos and the reference are compared. Without registration, verification is based on the question text and SOP details. The reference image also appears directly below the question text when viewing. For pass/fail judgment (inspection) questions, a "Normal" standard is also displayed to workers.

Worker usage (during viewing)

1. Capture and submit on-site photos in the question (you cannot save answers without photos).
2. Once photo submission is complete, "Check against the reference" (or "Check with AI" for questions without a reference image) becomes available to tap.
3. When you tap the button, AI verifies in a few seconds and displays the result.

AI check is not available when offline. It becomes available when you return online. Also, the button cannot be tapped until photo submission is complete.

How to read results

Results are displayed as one of the following three:

• Match confirmed / No issues found: The submitted photo matches the reference or no issues were found (make your own reference observation and final confirmation)
• Possible discrepancy / Review recommended: There may be a discrepancy from the reference or potential issues. Please review again
• Cannot determine from photo: The target is not clearly visible or cannot be determined for some reason. Retake the photo so the target is clearly visible and then check again

All results are reference observations. The worker and manager should make the final pass/fail determination.
