Dive's question (quiz) feature can be used not only for educational correct/incorrect answers, but also as "pass/fail judgment" to support inspection checklists and check sheet operations. Even with abnormalities, the SOP does not stop and proceeds forward; responses are recorded as "abnormal". You can later check a list of "who answered what and when" from the Viewing records modal.
Available plans: The question feature itself can be used with Core Plan or higher. To view responses to questions in Viewing records, Core Plan or higher is required. CSV export of Viewing records is available with Pro Plan or higher.

How to create "Continue when unexpected" questions
When you select the type of the question, the "Continue when unexpected" checkbox (previously "Use as pass/fail judgment"; behavior is unchanged) appears immediately below. When turned ON, that question determines "normal/abnormal" instead of "correct/incorrect".
- Even with abnormalities, the SOP does not stop and continues forward
- Responses are recorded as "abnormal" and can be checked later from Viewing records
- Like inspection checklists and check sheets, this is ideal for operations where "found abnormalities are honestly reported and operation continues"
The following 2 question types are supported.
Multiple choice (Yes/No, Select, Multiple selection)
- On the question card, set the type to [Yes/No], [Select], or [Multiple selection]
- [Continue when unexpected] checkbox to ON
- A "Normal" column appears in the choices table; check the normal choices (at least one required)
- Selecting anything other than normal choices is recorded as "abnormal"
Numeric input
- On the question card, set the type to [Numeric input]
- [Continue when unexpected] checkbox to ON
- Enter the lower limit to upper limit for "Normal range"
- Values outside the range are recorded as "abnormal"
※ When pass/fail judgment is OFF, it behaves as "Correct range" as before (quiz behavior that allows passing only when correct).
Using with conditional branching
Questions with pass/fail judgment can be combined with conditional branching. In the branching editor for numeric input, if you set the condition's "Range" to [Match question settings], it will automatically sync with the question's normal range (when you change the question, the branch follows). You can quickly build flows like "if normal then proceed, if abnormal then jump to abnormality handling SOP".
Check Viewing records
For each SOP, you can check records of who viewed it, when, and what they answered in the "Viewing records" modal.
Where to open Viewing records
- Top menu of SOP edit screen: Open directly from the [Viewing records] button
- Usage Report: Open Viewing records from the SOP details
What you can check in Viewing records
- Row: One execution instance (who viewed when)
- Column: Each question in that version

Cell: Answer value + OK/NG chip
- Green (OK): Normal choice / value in normal range, passed
- Red (NG): Abnormal choice / value outside range, passed (= has abnormality)
- Check: Confirmation-only question (no pass/fail or range set)
- Numeric: Measured value when no pass/fail range is set for numeric input
- AI badge: When AI check is used for photo submission questions, AI reference findings (AI ◎ / AI ! / AI ?) appear in cells (Pro Plan or higher). The answer judgment is not rewritten.
- Rev dropdown: Switch SOP versions to check (does not span versions)
- Status summary: Shows counts of Completed / Completed (with stumbles) / Completed (with abnormalities) / Incomplete at the top
- Click a row to open a detail drawer for one execution instance
CSV export (Pro Plan or higher)
Click the [CSV export] button in the top right of the modal to export Viewing records as a CSV file. You can keep it as a submission document for inspection checklists and check sheets, or use it as a source for importing into external report formats.
Permissions to open Viewing records
- Owner / Team Administrator: Can view all records for the target SOP within the team
- Group Administrator: Limited to records of users under their managed group
- Created user / View-only user / Guest: Viewing records are not displayed
Use cases
- Pre-shift inspection: Configure a group of yes/no questions as "Continue when unexpected". Even with abnormalities, operation continues forward and records remain as inspection checklist
- Numeric specification check: Set normal range for measured value input questions. Outside range = abnormality, within range = OK displayed as list
- Jump to different SOP when abnormal: Use pass/fail judgment + conditional branching to automatically jump to "abnormality handling manual" when abnormality is detected
- Keep as audit record: Save CSV export monthly and use as report for internal audits and ISO operations
