Dive's questions (quizzes) feature can be used not only for correct/incorrect answers for education, but also as "Pass/fail judgment" to apply to inspection checklists and checklist operations. Even if there are abnormalities, the SOP does not stop and continues forward, with answers recorded as "abnormality". Later, you can check a list of "who answered what and when" in the Viewing records modal.
Available plans: The questions feature itself is available on Core plan or higher. To view question responses in viewing records, you need a Core plan or higher. CSV export of viewing records is available on Pro plan or higher.

How to create questions to "Use as pass/fail judgment"
When you select the Type of question, a "Use as pass/fail judgment" checkbox appears immediately below it. When you turn it ON, that question will judge "Normal/Abnormal" instead of "Correct/Incorrect".
- Even if abnormal, the SOP does not stop and continues forward
- Responses are recorded as "abnormality" and can be checked later in the viewing records
- Like an inspection checklist, this is ideal for operations where you "honestly report any abnormalities found and proceed"
Two question types are supported.
Multiple choice (Yes/No, Select, Multiple selection)
- On the question card, set the Type to [Yes/No], [Select], or [Multiple selection]
- Turn ON the [Use as pass/fail judgment] checkbox
- A "Normal" column appears in the choices table, so check the choices considered normal (at least one required)
- Selecting anything other than normal choices will be recorded as "abnormal"
Numeric input
- On the question card, set the Type to [Numeric input]
- Turn ON the [Use as pass/fail judgment] checkbox
- Enter the Lower limit to upper limit for "Normal range"
- Values outside the range will be recorded as "abnormal"
* When pass/fail judgment is OFF, it operates as "Correct range" as before (quiz behavior that only allows passage on correct answers).
Using together with conditional branching
Questions with pass/fail judgment can be combined with conditional branching. In the branching editor for numeric input, when you set the condition's "Range" to [Match question settings], the question's normal range will automatically sync (when you change the question, the branch follows). You can easily create flows like "if normal, proceed to next, if abnormal, jump to abnormality handling SOP".
Checking viewing records
For each SOP, you can check who saw it, when, and what they answered in the "Viewing records" modal.
Where to open viewing records
- Top menu of SOP editing screen: Open directly from the [Viewing records] button
- Usage Report: Open viewing records from the SOP details
What you can check in viewing records
- Rows: One execution (who saw it and when)
- Columns: Each question for that version

Cells: Answer value + OK/NG chip
- Green (OK): Normal choice or value in normal range that passed
- Red (NG): Abnormal choice or value outside range that passed (= abnormality present)
- Check: Confirmation-only question without pass/fail (no correct/incorrect or range set)
- Value: Measured value when no pass/fail range is set for numeric input
- AI badge: When a photo submission question uses AI check, AI reference opinions (AI/AI!/AI?) appear in the cell (Pro plan or higher). The answer judgment does not change.
- Rev dropdown: Switch SOP versions to check (does not cross versions)
- Status summary: Shows the count of Completed/Completed (with stumbles)/Completed (with abnormalities)/Incomplete at the top
- Click a row to open a detail drawer for one execution
CSV export (Pro plan or higher)
Click the [CSV export] button at the top right of the modal to export viewing records as a CSV file. You can keep it as a deliverable for inspection checklists, or use it as input for external report formats.
Permissions to open viewing records
- Owner / Team Administrator: Can view all records in the target SOP's team
- Group Administrator: Limited to records of users under their managed group
- Created user / View-only user / Guest: Viewing records are not displayed
Use cases
- Pre-shift inspection: Structured with groups of Yes/No questions set to "Use as pass/fail judgment". Even if abnormalities are found, it does not stop and continues forward, leaving a record as an inspection checklist
- Numeric specification check: Set a normal range for measurement input questions. Outside range = abnormal, within range = OK, listed at a glance
- Jump to different SOP for abnormalities: Use pass/fail judgment + conditional branching to automatically jump to "abnormality response manual" when abnormality is detected
- Keep as audit record: Export CSV monthly, use as documentation for internal audits and ISO operations
