This release focuses on what matters most: not being kept waiting. Materials (videos, images, PDFs, and more) now upload in the background, so you can keep working on other tasks while uploads are happening. We've also sped up the Materials List load time. Teams with large material libraries will notice the biggest difference.
① Material uploads now run in the background
Previously, you had to stay on the upload screen until the video or other file finished uploading. Now you can move to another screen right after starting an upload. Progress stays visible in the Upload Tray at the bottom right of your screen.
- Keep working while uploading: You can edit SOPs or check Viewing records while uploads continue running in the background.
- Upload many files at once: Select multiple files and they upload 3 at a time, with the rest lined up as "Waiting". Your network stays stable, and even large video batches upload reliably.
- Cancel or Retry individual files: From the tray, you can Cancel running or waiting uploads, or Retry failed ones. Canceled or failed uploads don't count against your upload or AI processing quota — your allowance resets automatically.
- Completed materials appear in the list automatically: When an upload finishes, the material is added to your Materials List right away.

Caution: If you close your browser tab or Reload the page while uploading, uploads will stop. Moving to a different screen is fine.
② Materials List now loads faster
Before, opening the Materials List loaded all items at once, and the more materials you had, the slower it got. Now we load 20 materials at a time, sorted by newest first, and add more as you scroll.
- Opens instantly: Even teams with hundreds or thousands of materials see the Materials List and material selection pop-ups appear right away.
- Load once, use everywhere: Once loaded, the list is shared across the app, so switching between the Materials page, material selection in Create SOP, and AR material selection doesn't trigger new loads.
- New materials appear automatically: Materials uploaded from another device (like a phone) are quietly added when you return to the screen. There's also a manual Update button if you need it.
③ Other improvements
- Free Plan now supports up to 3 Users: The Free Plan previously allowed only 1 User. Now you can register up to 3 Users. Since SOPs work best when creators and viewers work together, we've made it possible to try the Free Plan with a small team.
- Invite Members when creating a Team: During new registration, you can invite Members (up to 2) right away. No need to hunt through the admin screen later.
- Improved "Choose how to create" screen layout: We've fixed the problem where the options were too large and hard to pick from, and improved the overall layout.
- Faster file import for SOP creation: When importing Excel, Word, or PowerPoint files, we removed unused internal processes and cut down the conversion wait time.
