Let's start by creating your first video SOP! First, you'll upload a video.

Click the [+] button in the top left.
* If the menu is expanded, click the "Create new" button
- Click "Create from video".
- Click "Add new". You can also drag and drop. * You can upload multiple videos at once.

Click "Select a video". Choose the video you want to use. Note: If you click "Record screen", you can record your PC screen and use it as your material.

The AI processing screen will appear. If your video has no narration, check "Videos without narration (analyzed only by video)". If everything looks good, click "Run".
* If possible, adding a description in "Video description" will improve the analysis accuracy.
* In AI processing options, you can set the "Subtitle style" (the ending of action subtitles) separately from the "Text style" of the step text (default is "Imperative"). For details on the meaning and selection of each item, see AI processing options: item meanings and selection guide.

Upload will start and progress will be displayed. Progress is also shown in the "Upload" tray at the bottom right of the screen. You can navigate to another screen and the upload will continue (it will stop if you close the browser tab or reload during upload). You can cancel or retry items one by one from the tray. Once the material shows "Optimizing", the upload itself is complete.

Upload complete! Processing will finish in about as much time as your video length. You can close the app. For longer videos, wait for an email notification.
