① Step-by-Step Result Judging

We've repositioned Steps as Questions. Additionally, when a Question is multiple choice type, if you prepare the correct answer in advance, users cannot move to the next Step until they select the correct answer.
※Currently this only works when viewing in the Web app. The mobile app will support this when it updates in the future. → (12/14/25: Now supported from version 4.2.9)

Verification in Skill Map Training Records

All Choices selected are recorded until the correct answer is reached. Use this to verify understanding and check Training results!

Settings

You can configure this in the [Question] field in the detailed Edit screen.

② AI Segmentation Granularity Settings

Previously, the system was set up to segment in fine detail by default, but now segmentation is performed at the Standard rate of approximately 10-second intervals.

This granularity can also be adjusted to match the Video SOP format you want. Additionally, we've added a "Do not segment" Option, so you can now serve use cases where the Video already has good natural breaks and you want to leverage transcription plus AI-generated Description.

③ Check Latest Rev Status in Skill Map

We already had a Feature in Skill Map to verify that linked SOPs can be viewed to Completed status, but now you can see which version was viewed and whether the Latest Rev has been viewed. Use this to check if Training is being done properly after revisions, and more.

You can also see which version was viewed in the History.
