Added left and right positioning for subtitles

Previously, the SOP player had three subtitle positions: "Below," "Above," and "Cut." When the work subject appeared near the center-bottom of the screen, subtitles could overlap with your work area regardless of whether they were placed above or below.

Now each time you press the subtitle position button, it cycles through: Below → Above → Left → Right → Cut. When you choose left or right, subtitles appear vertically and narrowly at the left or right edge of the screen, leaving the center free.

• When positioned left or right, subtitle width is narrower, and if lines increase, they expand from the vertical center
• When your phone is in landscape mode, subtitles avoid the notch (cut-out)
• Your chosen position is saved on your device and will display in the same position the next time you open

Improved adding and deleting sections in the video editor

When you add a section, it now inherits the content from the previous step

Previously, when you used the scissors button to split a step, the newly created back section started completely blank. If you only wanted to split one step into two, you had to rewrite both the title and body.

With this release, when you split a step, the new back section now inherits the title, "Work content," "Tips," "Quality Warning," "Important safety information," and text-to-speech settings from the original step. You only need to delete the parts you don't need. Questions and attached files are not inherited because only one per step is allowed—they remain in the front section.

●We've standardized how sections combine when you delete a divider

When deleting dividers, using the merge button, or combining cut sections, the results were slightly different each time. Now all three methods use the same process.

• If both steps contain exactly the same text, we don't duplicate it
• Duplicate attached files are consolidated
• Steps without questions are no longer treated as having questions

●We notify you when questions are lost during a merge

Since only one question per step is allowed, when you combine multiple steps with questions, only the first question is kept. Previously, the others disappeared silently. Now we alert you: "The question from the first step is kept, but X other questions will not be exported." You can undo this with Ctrl+Z.

Shared materials now remain visible even when you downgrade your plan

Previously, when you downgraded to a Free plan, materials you had shared with your team disappeared from the materials list. This was confusing—you could still play them in your SOPs, but they weren't visible in the materials list.

We've changed this so plan restrictions only apply when you share materials (change sharing scope). Viewing already-shared materials is no longer blocked. After downgrading, materials previously shared with your team or group will continue to appear in your list and can be used when creating SOPs.

Exported files now use your translation language for headings and labels

When you translated an SOP and exported it, the body text was translated but Dive's UI labels—headings, field names, and so on—remained in your display language. For example, exporting from a Japanese interface to Vietnamese would give you Vietnamese body text but Japanese headings.

Now when you export (MP4, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) or share an SOP and select a translation language, Dive's UI labels export in that language too.

Improved playback on unstable connections

For environments with limited bandwidth or unstable signal where videos stop mid-playback, we've revised how the player handles buffering and resumption. We've also increased the quality of MP4 exports.

Other improvements and bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where selecting a file like PowerPoint from the materials screen sometimes didn't create a new SOP
• Fixed an issue where plan limits on the number of groups and hierarchy weren't enforced during bulk user import from Excel. Now import applies the same limits as manual group creation.
• Fixed an issue that occurred when using "Aggressively cut sections without speech"
• Fixed an issue where values entered in the "Correct range" field for numeric-entry questions would change to different values when saved
• Questions with only one choice are no longer included in exported SOPs, since they cannot be answered
• Resolved an issue where AI analysis would consume time without completing
• Fixed an issue where search data creation would sometimes fail
• Fixed an issue where text-to-speech pronunciation dictionaries were not reflected in audio output
• Fixed an issue where some information from merged steps was lost during export from materials
• Fixed an issue with how overlays (shapes and images) displayed on videos
• Improved the readability of the AI analysis results screen and added more details so you can see which settings were used for analysis later
• Removed the term "frame" from the interface and standardized it to "Number of accounts"

All changes apply automatically. No action is required on your side.
