We've improved the Skill Map definition editor and Security Settings. We're also fixing issues reported by customers.

We redesigned the Skill Map definition editor

We rebuilt the screen for editing skill hierarchy (Category, Subcategory, Skill) as a dedicated page. Previously, you had to open nested cards in a small dialog box, and the editing experience was completely different from the Skill Map view screen.

We aligned it with the view screen—one item per row

The new layout has a two-pane design: hierarchy list on the left, and item details (Inspector) on the right. We unified the workflow into two simple steps: Select > Edit.

• You can now rearrange items and move them between levels by dragging. We removed the dedicated modal dialog.
• You can edit names by double-clicking, pressing F2, or selecting from the menu—all in place.
• To add items, use the row at the end of each level. The name field opens immediately after you add an item.
• We added search, expand all / collapse all, and a name validation check before save.
• Your edits are automatically backed up. If you close accidentally, you can restore your work. You can also save with Ctrl+S and undo your last action.

The Skill Catalog (Enterprise) editor now uses the same editor.

Evaluation records now remain even after you delete a category or subcategory

In the past, when you deleted a Category or Subcategory, all Skills underneath were removed, and the evaluation records linked to those Skills lost their reference. Now when you delete, we record which level the Skills belonged to at that time. If you recreate the same Skill later, it will be rebuilt with its parent structure.

We moved the "Members Order and Display" settings

Since Member order and visibility are display settings, we moved them from the definition editor screen to the Skill Map view screen. They're now in one place.

We added a two-factor authentication exception to IP address restriction (Enterprise)

We added a setting that allows access from outside your approved network if the user has passed two-factor authentication. You can use this as an exception for employees on business trips, working from home, or using networks outside your company network.

• The default is off. Only the Owner can change it.
• It only applies when IP address restriction is enabled.
• By default, only specified Users are eligible. If you specify no one, no one gets an exception.

We also fixed an issue where access denial messages were not displaying correctly in languages other than Japanese.

Other improvements and bug fixes

• Fixed: Video AI analysis sometimes didn't reflect spoken content in the SOP. When a video contained spoken numbers, pass/fail criteria, or conditional judgments, they appeared in the transcript (Subtitles) but weren't being added to the SOP text or notes. Now spoken content goes into the appropriate fields: numbers go into the SOP text, pass/fail criteria and conditions go into notes, and tips go into the Tips field.
  This fix is included in standard video AI analysis—no new settings. If you select "Videos without narration (analyzed only by video)" in AI analysis options, or if a video has no speech, it behaves as before. When you split an SOP to match a reference SOP, the SOP text stays as the reference SOP specifies, and spoken content goes into Tips, Notes, and Important safety information.
• Fixed: SOPs with many steps sometimes couldn't load videos. The system was preloading narration for all steps and all languages, which slowed video delivery. Now it loads only the current step and the next few steps, in the currently playing language.
• Fixed: The video editor sometimes displayed an error when playback reached the end.
• Fixed: Video AI analysis sometimes failed when output was larger than expected.

Impact on existing customers

No configuration changes are needed. Skill definitions and evaluation records from the previous version are preserved. The video AI analysis fixes apply to new analyses going forward. Existing SOPs remain unchanged.
