Six features for efficiently finding SOPs created in Dive have been released. These features respond to requests from many customers for the Usage phase. Please use them to advance SOP digitization and training initiatives through video content.
① Folder tree
The folder tree feature has been implemented to make it easier to view a list of folders and SOPs. Check it from the "Tree view" button next to the folder name. You can clearly see your current location and quickly access the relevant data. This feature can also be used when selecting folders and SOPs in the Skill Map.
② Procedure list export
To streamline audit responses and to help managers check "what is currently in the latest state," a feature to export the procedure list to Excel has been implemented. Try it from the folder's "..." menu by selecting "Export to Excel." All data that the current user can access within and below that folder is the target. For audit responses, please export using a user with Team Administrator or Owner permissions to export all data.
③ Skill map export
Related to ② above, the Skill Map can now also be exported to Excel. Perfect for use as backup data when updating.
④ Search within folders
In addition to the Top Page, full-text search and filtering are now possible from within the current folder. Like ①, this also works when selecting folders and SOPs, making searching more efficient. When searching within a folder, the search narrows the data to that folder and everything below it.
⑤ Subtitles added to search
Subtitles are now included in full-text search. You can now search for SOPs based on what is spoken in the video. Additionally, the content of text objects in AR SOPs is also now searchable.
⑥ Folder preview
We made a spec change to the folder icon visible in the procedure list. The folder now displays a thumbnail list of SOPs, the procedure count, and folder count within it. This allows you to grasp the contents overview without actually accessing the folder.
We look forward to working with you in 2026 too. ◎
