We have released a major feature set to "make Dive easier for everyone on the floor to use." This update includes a redesigned personal report, card/list view switching for SOP lists, Favorites, a new View history page, and more—significantly improving the daily experience for floor team members who Open Dive every day. This article highlights the key points of this update.

① Personal Report Page Redesign

Previously, individual usage history was displayed as a "history log screen" with checkboxes for survey responses and draft display, making it difficult for both the user and their manager to intuitively grasp "how much are they actually using it?" With this release, we have redesigned it into a "Usage Report" that allows both self-monitoring by the user and subordinate monitoring by the manager to be completed on a single page.

●Structure of the new personal report

Hero header: Avatar, name, role, and Group Affiliation displayed prominently. When You open it, a "You" tag appears, making it immediately clear that it's your own page.
Key KPIs: Views / Procedures referenced / Repeat use (Dive's core metric, color-coded) / Active days / Publications (only for creators) displayed in a single line overview.
Repeatedly viewed procedures: The top 3 SOPs that You (or your subordinates) repeatedly reference are tagged with gold / silver / bronze badges, making "SOPs that actually work in the field" visible.
Usage patterns: Calendar heatmap + bar graphs by time of day / by day of week + daily trend graph displayed side by side. You can intuitively see "when and how" they are using it.
View history: Raw time-series logs at the bottom. You can check SOP name, revision, View start time, and View duration individually.

This transforms the personal report from a "survey response confirmation screen" into an "employee development support page that visualizes the user's effort and helps managers discover moments to praise and encourage."

② Favorites Feature (with Set Support)

Previously, there was no quick way to call up "SOPs I use frequently" or "SOPs I need for today's work," requiring re-digging through folders each time. With this release, you can now add ★ Favorites to SOPs and Folders, and call them up together from a dedicated page.

●Favorites basics

★ One-click registration: From either the SOP list or Preview screen, instantly mark with a star to add to / remove from Favorites.
Dedicated page list: From the left menu "Favorites," see only the SOPs and Folders you've registered in a single screen.

●Organizing with "Favorites Sets"

Additionally, we've introduced Favorites Sets, a feature to group Favorites further by purpose.

Example: Create Sets by work groupings such as "Startup tasks," "Daily checks," and "Quality check items"
A single SOP can be registered in multiple Sets (unlike Folders, there is no exclusive structure)
Deleting a Set does not affect the Favorites themselves or the original SOP

This allows floor staff to start using Dive with the mindset: "Open this Set today and all the SOPs I need are ready."

③ New View History Page

In moments when you want to "open that SOP I just viewed again" or "where was that I saw last week?" we've created a path to return to recent SOPs without re-digging through folders. From the left menu "View history," you can check the SOPs you've recently opened in reverse chronological order.

④ Draft Sharing and Comments

Previously, Draft SOPs could only be viewed by users in the approval workflow, but now the Creator can specify who to share with (individuals or Groups), and those people can view them too. There's also a Comment Chat section, so if there are revision points, you can leave them there and communicate.

⑤ Other improvements

Mobile-optimized view: The personal report, SOP list, Favorites, and View history pages are now provided with dedicated mobile-friendly layouts for smartphones and tablets. This eliminates the need to "open a PC to see the information" on the floor.
Avatar support: Avatars are displayed on personal reports, rankings, and Members lists, making it intuitive to see whose data you're viewing.
Unified name display: Name display has been standardized across Dive. We've eliminated the awkwardness of "full names" and "nicknames" varying from screen to screen.
Terminology clarification: We've reviewed terminology that was inconsistent internally, such as changing "observation" to "View."
Unified Group display: "Ancestor path / name" format is now consistent across all Dive screens. Even when the organization becomes deep, misidentification of same-named Groups becomes less likely.
Brand settings: Team name now appears in the upper left. Owner Functions can also change icons.

For existing Users

All these features are additive releases. There is no impact on existing SOPs, folder structures, or User settings, and you can continue using them as they are from today.

The card / list display switch is saved per device, so if team members have different display preferences, each person can use the layout they're most comfortable with. Favorites and View history start empty, so you can gradually register the SOPs you need.

For every person on the floor to "find, open, and record" video SOPs with a daily experience that is easy to use. We hope this update becomes a partner in the daily work of all floor team members.
