We have released a major update centered on the SOP editor. In addition to "branching logic" that lets you split the procedure flow based on question responses, we've added many features to make SOP creation more flexible: block splitting, voice-over capability, bulk text replacement, and more. This article covers all the updates.

① Edit branching

Until now, SOPs could only follow a single linear path from top to bottom. With this update, you can now set up branching logic that switches to different procedures based on answers to questions.

● Branching methods by question type

Yes/No and Multiple choice: Specify a branch destination for each choice (e.g., "if this answer, go to this procedure")
Multiple selection, Text input, Numeric input: Set condition rules such as "contains," "equals," or "less than," and branch to the first matching destination when evaluated in order

Branch destinations can be set to "next procedure," "end SOP," or any procedure within the SOP. This lets you create SOPs that match real-world operations, like "return to inspection step if defect found" or "skip tasks that don't apply."

● How to edit

Select "Edit branching" from the "Other" menu in the SOP editor. You can then set up branches while previewing the overall flow in a diagram (the editor is PC-only).

② Voice-over

Based on requests from many existing customers, we've brought back the voice-over feature—now with much better usability. It now supports file uploads as well.

Record directly in the browser or upload your own audio file
Replace audio for each subtitle segment independently
AI-powered transcription can auto-generate subtitle text from your recorded audio

Use this when you need to add narration later or insert sounds that are critical for the decision-making process.

③ Video SOP block splitting

Previously, a procedure created from a single video was treated as one unified block. Now you can split this block into two at any procedure boundary.

After splitting, the second half becomes an independent dataset that can be edited and reordered separately
Subtitles and comments are automatically distributed to the first or second half based on the split time

Use this when you need to insert a different video or add AR between sections.

④ Bulk replace text

You can now search and replace text throughout an SOP all at once. Standardize terminology and make bulk changes to equipment or component names smoothly.

Specify which areas to replace in (Title / Details / Tips / Notes / Safety / Tasks / Subtitles / Procedure info)
Matching locations are shown in preview, and you select approval or rejection for each match using checkboxes before applying
Also supports bulk replace in AI video analysis results (scene descriptions, transcriptions) and within the video editor

Select "Bulk replace text" from the "Other" menu in the SOP editor.

⑤ Correct reading and translation glossary templates

We've strengthened AI voice synthesis and translation features. We've also enhanced the engine to prevent misreadings of industrial units.

Correct reading: Open "Correct reading" from the playback screen, select the range where pronunciation is wrong, and suggest the correct reading using furigana (hiragana or katakana)
Translation glossary redesign: We've rebuilt the translation glossary as a spreadsheet-style editor, making it easier to add, edit, and save rows in bulk
Industry templates: The Pronunciation Dictionary and translation glossary now include templates for manufacturing (metals / plastics / electronics / assembly / materials / common), nursing care, construction, food, logistics, office, and retail

⑥ Two-factor authentication (MFA) enforcement setting (Admin)

To support your security operations, you can now require two-factor authentication (MFA) for all users. This is available on the Enterprise plan.
