※ This article reflects the content at the time of release on May 24, 2026. Currently, the user "Delete" label has been unified to "Disable" (behavior is the same logical deletion / recovery possible).
We've added an "Email-free account" feature so that field staff without email addresses can now use Dive, and we've also redesigned bulk user import to be easier to understand. This article introduces the details of this update.
① Email-free account (add users without email)
Previously, an email address was required to add users, but now you can add and manage people without email addresses as "Email-free accounts". Field workers and others without personal email addresses can now use Dive.
- Before: Email address was required when adding users
- Now: No email needed — you can issue an email-free account that works with a Login ID + Password
● How to issue
- Open "User management" and click "Add user"
- Switch to "Issue email-free account"
- Enter name, permission, and group affiliation (employee number / Login ID are optional; left blank for auto-numbering)
- Click "Issue"
- Distribute the displayed Login ID and Initial password to field staff
No email is sent. If a password is forgotten, an Owner / Team Administrator can reissue it. For details, see Add user.
② Improved bulk user import
We've redesigned the bulk import template for setting up users and groups in Excel to make it easier to understand.
- Three-tab structure: Divided into "User list," "Group hierarchy," and "How to use," making entry rules clearer
- Create group hierarchies in Excel: Group hierarchies, which previously could only be created in Dive, can now be defined in the "Group hierarchy" tab
- Email-free account bulk import support: Just mark ○ in the "Email-free account" column to bulk import email-free users
Get the template from "Bulk change" → "Download current settings". For details, see Add user under "Advanced: Excel import".
③ User deletion recovery now supported
Users can now be restored even if accidentally deleted.
- User deletion is now a logical deletion, and Owner / Team Administrator can restore from "Deleted users" (when permission slots are available)
- When restored, that user's activity history becomes visible again
Other improvements and bug fixes
- Fixed issues related to bulk user import
- Made various minor display and behavior improvements
This update can be used without affecting existing users or data.
