We've released AI Search, which helps you find the SOP you need by using natural, everyday language when you're unsure what to do on the floor. We're also strengthening our editing capabilities. This article covers the details of this update.

① AI Search (Solve problems with natural language)

We've added "AI Search," a feature that finds and displays Matching steps and SOPs by having you simply type in your everyday language about what you want to know. This feature directly embodies "on-the-floor support that solves problems right where you are when you're unsure."

• Before: You had to remember and enter the exact keyword, which was difficult for new employees unfamiliar with the terminology or when searching for SOPs from other departments
• Now: Simply ask a question in natural language like "I want to know how to tighten the bolt on the new machine," and AI will guide you across SOPs to the relevant section

● Key Features

• Use by selecting [Search with AI] from the search field in the sidebar
• Dig deeper through conversation format (past Conversation history is also saved)
• Voice input is also supported. You can ask questions by voice even when both hands are busy on the floor
• From the [Details] in the results, you can open the player directly and confirm the relevant step right away

② AR Settings now available for video SOPs

Previously, AR Settings were only available for image and PDF SOPs, but now you can set AR on video SOPs as well. This allows you to create more natural compositions where you show the video and overlay AR on the actual product at key points.

• Before: AR Settings were only available for image/PDF SOPs

• Now: AR Settings are available for video SOPs, image SOPs, and PDF SOPs

  The operation is the same as before—set it from the [AR (Augmented Reality)] section in the main SOP editor

③ Edit video SOP text directly in the main editor

You can now edit video SOP text (Title, Description, Tips, Quality Warning, and Safety) directly in the main SOP editor screen. You can complete text corrections without having to open the video editor again. We've also added a "Close header" feature to make editing easier.

④ Unified quality terminology to "Quality Warning"

We've unified the terminology for items that previously had different names across screens—such as "Caution" and "Notes"—to "Quality Warning." All screens including the editor, Export, and AI organization now use the same term.

Only the wording changes; the content you've entered previously will continue to work as is.

Other Improvements and Bug Fixes

• Enhanced in-SOP search (now compatible with AI Chat format and improved mobile display)
• Fixed bugs during Offline Playback
• We've also made internal processing more stable and other minor improvements

This update is fully compatible with your existing SOPs and data. AI Search is a powerful tool to resolve uncertainty right where you work on the floor, so please give it a try.
