We've released two features to maximize existing SOP information (AI Extract from Related files / Procedure Authoring Policy) and a feature to bulk link SOPs with AI in Skill Map. This article introduces the details of this update.

① AI Extract from Related files and apply to SOP

You can now attach existing work standards, drawings, checklists, reference materials and other PDFs or images as "Related files" to an SOP, and use AI to extract "Tasks to do, Tips, Quality Warning, and Important safety information" from the document and apply it to each step.

• Before: When you wanted to add know-how from existing manuals to an SOP created from video, you had to manually transcribe the content
• Now: Simply attach the existing manual as a Related file and click [AI Extract], and AI will read the content and propose candidates for application to each step

● Main features

• Select the role of Related files from "Work standard / Drawing / Checklist / Reference / Other / Attachment only"
• [AI Extract] extracts "Tasks to do, Tips, Quality Warning, and Important safety information"
• Confirm extraction results in Preview and select adopt/remove for each item before applying
• You can set the Related file itself to "Hide from viewers" (supports operations where internal documents are referenced by administrators only)

② Procedure Authoring Policy (Reflect organizational phrasing and standards in AI)

If you define a policy for "how to write SOPs" in your group or organization, AI organization will organize SOPs according to that policy's phrasing. We're responding to the field's concern that "SOP writing varies and quality isn't stable" by standardizing it with organizational guidelines.

• Before: Writing conventions differed implicitly by person and department, and AI organization could only output general writing styles
• Now: Once you define the Procedure Authoring Policy, AI organization outputs text in accordance with the policy

● Content that can be defined

• Phrasing / Writing style: Example "End sentences with plain form '～do'. One step = one action. Match technical terms to company terminology"
• Don'ts (Prohibitions): Example "Do not use ambiguous expressions like '～is thought to'"
• Common phrasing: Company phrasing automatically extracted from sample procedures

● Features to use together

• Generate policy from samples: Register existing sample files or SOPs in Dive, and AI will generate a draft of writing style, don'ts, and common phrasing
• "Follow policy" in AI organization: A policy mode has been added to AI organization options
• Policy check: You can use AI to check whether an SOP being edited follows the policy

③ Bulk link SOPs with AI in Skill Map

We've added a feature where AI proposes matching SOPs for each skill in Skill Map and bulk links them. For cases where skills are defined but the linking of "which SOP to review to develop that skill" hasn't progressed, AI provides batch support.

• Before: You manually selected and linked SOPs one skill at a time
  Now: From [Bulk link with AI] in Skill Map, AI proposes SOPs matching each skill, and you can bulk link them after confirmation

● Main features

• [Unlinked only / Select all / Deselect all] to filter target skills
• AI proposes SOP candidates for each skill (with progress bar)
• Confirm proposals and bulk link with [Confirm]
• When there are many SOPs, proposals are made from representative procedures
