For each skill in your Skill Map, AI proposes matching SOPs and links them in bulk. If you have defined your skills but are stuck linking which SOPs develop each one, AI handles it all at once.
How to use
- On the Skill Map screen, open Edit skill map, then click Other → Link SOPs in bulk with AI
- Choose which skills to get suggestions for
- Unlinked only: target only skills with no SOPs linked yet
- Select all / Deselect all: all skills or none
- You can also check skills individually
- Click Execute AI suggestion, and AI proposes matching SOPs for each skill one by one (a progress bar displays)
- Check the suggestions, keep the candidates you want to link checked, then click Confirm to apply all links at once
The SOPs you link are tracked for viewing and completion, and tallied as Development records for that skill. If you also set Target level on completing all for each skill, skill level rises automatically for anyone who finishes all linked SOPs. Tips for effective use
- We recommend running first with Unlinked only, and filling in skills you have not yet started
- AI suggestions are just candidates. Always check results with human judgment
- If suggestions are not quite right, review your skill definitions to improve accuracy
