Work Analysis — Break Video Into Elements, Visualize Waste, and Refine

●Key features

AI Improvement suggestion: AI extracts "wasteful work / redundant steps / inefficient movement / wasted effort / safety risks / quality risks" from the work video. Decide whether to reshoot before diving deeper.
Element breakdown and 3-way classification: AI divides work into elements and classifies them into Net work / Incidental work / Waste
Cut, reorder, and adjust speed: Edit each element to assemble a "work video without waste"
Before and After comparison preview: Side-by-side playback + Gantt chart comparison + results card visualize the impact
Output video goes to Materials library: Saved with an "After" tag, AI analysis runs automatically, ready to turn into an SOP

Two ways to start

From the side menu "Work Analysis" to create a new project
From the AI menu [Work Analysis] on a video card in the Materials library to launch a project with that video already selected

Starting from the Materials library lets you run Work Analysis on your target video with one click.

Four steps to complete

Selection: Choose your source video and review AI improvement suggestions
Classification: Break work into elements and classify them into three categories (Net work / Incidental work / Waste)
Improvement: Cut, reorder, and adjust speed to assemble
Confirm: Compare Before and After in preview and export
