We received many such requests from customers, so we have introduced the concept of Guest Permission roles!
For Core Plan and higher, you can invite users with Guest Permissions — up to 3 times the Number of accounts of Owner through View permission Users!
(With Pro Plan, including Guest Permissions, you can use a total of 200 slots: 50 slots for Owner through View Permissions + 150 Guest Permission slots!)
What is Guest Permission?
Guest Permission is an account designed solely to view designated Folders only.
Unlike External Sharing, Guest Permission reduces the complexity of Folder sharing management and allows you to collect Audit logs, enabling secure operation with reduced Security risk. Note that Guest Permission users are not included in Training management features such as usage history accumulation or Skill Map targets, but it is possible to grant Guest Permission to internal Users.

No change. Customers who already have a Core Plan or higher contract are now granted Guest Permission slots equal to 3 times their current Owner through View Permission slots.
