Play the before and after versions side-by-side in two rows simultaneously to compare them. If everything looks good, export the improved video. The exported video enters the asset library where you can use it to create SOPs. The exported video—marked as the standard—also becomes the baseline for comparison with your target person in STEP 6 (Compare).

Compare preview screen
The STEP 5 screen shows a two-row comparison preview.
- Top row = Before: The standard confirmed in STEP 3 (no cuts, reordering, or speed adjustments)
- Bottom row = After: The final state with STEP 4 edits applied
Playback position is shared between both rows, so you can see the before and after at the same moment side by side. Both Gantt charts are drawn at the same scale, so the bar length shows the time saved at a glance. Whichever finishes first displays "Completed" on its final frame.
Playback controls
- Play / Pause: Both rows play in sync
- Mute toggle: Audio is muted by default during comparison to prevent overlapping sound
- Playback Speed (0.5× / 1× / 1.5× / 2×): Adjust the overall playback speed
- Zoom: Enlarge or shrink the Gantt chart (both rows together). "Show all" returns to the initial scale
- Click on Gantt: Seek to any position
Export improved video
- Click [Export improved video] at the bottom right of the screen
- A dialog opens to enter the name of the exported video (default: project name_date/time)
- Click [Export] to send the export request
※ If a video is being exported, please wait for it to complete before requesting a new export.
Export process and completion notification
- Export takes several minutes to several tens of minutes. The cloud generates a video reflecting cuts, reordering, and speed adjustments, then processes it through the standard video pipeline for conversion and AI analysis
- When complete, we send a notification email to your login email address
- You can check export progress from the "Export" button for each project in the Work Analysis project list
How to use exported video
- The exported video enters the asset library. It's tagged with "After" so you can identify it at a glance
- It automatically inherits and receives AI analysis with the original video's analysis options (such as phrasing settings)
- Like any other video, you can use it as material for creating SOPs. Deploy it as a model video for training and standardized work
Move to STEP 6 (Compare)
If you want to compare the work video of a target person—such as a junior or new employee—using the confirmed standard, go to "Compare" (STEP 6) on the left rail. You can visualize proficiency through cycle time comparison, delay per element, and AI coaching.

If you want to redo edits later
Use the left rail to return to STEP 1–4 and continue editing. Your project is auto-saved, so when you open it next time, you can pick up where you left off.
If you change the edits and export again, it's added to your history as a separate exported video (your previous exports remain).
Tips for best results
- Before exporting, unmute and check that there's no mismatch between audio and movement for peace of mind
- Converting the "After" video directly into an SOP lets you create a SOP based on standard work in no time
- You can also export multiple versions from the same project and create separate SOPs for different purposes—such as for workers / for training
- If you plan to do target person comparison in STEP 6, define your elements carefully so the comparison results are easier to understand
