You can export the results and Standard time for each step of Work Analysis (TimeStudy) into a single Excel file (.xlsx) organized into 6 sheets. You can extract the values exactly as they appear on screen for process management tables, proposal documents, and import into other systems.
Export steps
- Open the target Work Analysis project
- First, complete Work Analysis (at least through STEP2 Extract) (the Excel Export button cannot be clicked without element data)
- Click the "Export to Excel" button (Excel icon) in the top right of the screen
- The file will download as WorkAnalysis_ProjectName.xlsx
The "Export to Excel" button can be clicked from any screen in STEP1 through STEP6. Even during analysis, you can export the current content to Excel.
The 6 exported sheets
- Summary: Before → After total time, waste rate, reduction amount, and other figures shown on the results card and Work structure graph
- Selection: STEP1 AI Improvement suggestion (ECRS) list (severity / perspective / title / details / affected steps)
- Extract: STEP2 Cycle × element measurement time matrix (including each cycle total)
- Classification: STEP3 element list in chronological order (work classification, work name, measurement time)
- Improvement: STEP4 element list in rearranged order (Cut / work classification / work name / measurement time / Correction speed / Standard time)
- Comparison: STEP6 young worker comparison metadata (Target person / Video / Status / Created / Analysis date)
"Standard time" definition
The "Standard time" in this Excel is defined identically to the screen display (the "Standard" column in STEP4 element list).
- Measurement time (seconds) = element section length (minimum 0.05 seconds, 1 decimal place)
- Standard time (seconds) = Measurement time ÷ Correction speed (1 decimal place)
Correction speed is a correction coefficient that can be set for each element in STEP4, to reflect adjustments such as "1.2x for young workers" or "0.9x for skilled workers." Standard time is calculated by dividing by the Correction speed.
Important notes
- Items not displayed on screen (process symbols, internal values of waste tags, non-public notes, etc.) are not included in the export
- The STEP6 Comparison sheet currently contains metadata only (whose video was analyzed and when). Detailed metrics such as delays and ratios by element will be added in the future
- The file is downloaded in .xlsx format and can be opened with Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, and other applications
