"Work Analysis" is a feature that refines work videos shot on the floor into "model videos with waste eliminated for efficiency" and even enables comparison with the work of target persons (junior staff, new hires, etc.). AI extracts work elements and presents improvement suggestions. Based on these, you can classify, cut, reorder, and adjust speed to produce refined videos. The exported videos go into the media library and can be used directly for SOP creation.

When to use this
- The recorded work video contains "wait time," "retries," and "wasted motion," making you hesitant to use it as-is for an SOP
- You filmed an experienced worker's operation but want to visualize improvement opportunities by examining time at the element level
- You want to refine a "model video" of standard work and deploy it in an educational SOP
- You want to extract the best one "model" cycle from a video that repeats the same task
- You want to compare junior or new hire work videos side-by-side with the standard and visualize delays, variations, and improvement points per element

Getting started (two entry points)
Work Analysis has two entry points.
A. Start from the side menu "Work Analysis"
- Open [Work Analysis] from the left side menu
- Click [Create new] in the top right and enter a project name
- Once the editor opens, select a video in STEP1
B. Start from a video in the media library (Recommended)
You can start directly from an already-uploaded and AI-analyzed video.
- Open the target video card in the media library
- Select [Run work analysis with this media]
- A new project with that video pre-selected is automatically created and the editor opens
Projects and list
The work unit for Work Analysis is called a "project". One project = analysis and editing data for one source video.
- Projects are viewable by the creator only (not displayed to other members)
- You can organize them in folders. Projects can be moved to folders by drag and drop
- Each project is linked to the history of exported videos and the history of comparisons (comparison with target person)
Progress through 6 steps
The editor consists of Selection → Extraction → Classification → Improvement → Review → Comparison in 6 steps. You can navigate between them at any time using the number rail (1–6) on the left edge.
- STEP1 Selection: Select the source video to analyze and review AI improvement suggestions
- STEP2 Extraction: Extract element work with AI. For repeated operations, assemble a "model 1 cycle" from multiple cycles (a single-cycle video proceeds as-is to the next step)
- STEP3 Classification: Classify element work into three categories: Net work / Incidental work / Waste (= the baseline before improvement)
- STEP4 Improvement: Assemble a "work video with waste eliminated" by cutting, reordering, and adjusting speed
- STEP5 Review: Preview before and after improvements side-by-side, and if there are no issues, export the video
- STEP6 Comparison: With the confirmed standard as the baseline, AI analyzes and aligns repeated videos of the target person, visualizing proficiency level through cycle time comparison, delay per element, and AI coaching
About exported videos
- Export takes several minutes to tens of minutes. You will receive an email notification when complete
- Exported videos go into the media library. They are tagged with "After" and can be used for SOP creation just like normal videos
- The source video's AI analysis options (such as phrasing settings) are inherited, and AI analysis is automatically performed on the exported video
Sharing your Work Analysis
The analysis you create can be shared with members in your group or entire team by setting the sharing scope. In the project list, select […] on the target row, choose [Sharing scope], and change it to one of "Only me" / "Same group" / "Entire team". Only the creator can edit; shared members can view, export to Excel, and view the "After" video. For details, see Share your Work Analysis results with your team or group (setting sharing scope).
