The video you selected in STEP1 is analyzed using AI to extract element work. For repetitive tasks with multiple cycles, a "model single cycle" is built from these options. All subsequent classification and improvements are performed against this model.

Run Cycle Analysis
- In STEP1, click "Proceed with this video" to advance to STEP2 (Extraction)
- Click "Run cycle analysis" in the right panel
- In the confirmation dialog, answer "Does this video repeat the same work?"
- Yes: AI analyzes it as multiple cycles, allowing you to build a "model" with aligned cycles
- No: Analyzed as a one-time task (proceed directly to the next STEP3)
- Click "Analyze with these settings" to have AI analyze the element work time
Specify the Range to Analyze
In the analysis settings dialog, you can also specify the range to analyze. If the cycle is incomplete at the beginning or end of recording, the element count will not align and the model alignment will be disrupted. Drag the handles at both ends to define the range. The video itself is not cut.
When a range is specified, actions outside that range are not included in the analysis. The time reference remains the same as the original video, so results can be confirmed overlaid on the original video as before.

For Single-Cycle Videos
After analysis, if the video is determined to be a single cycle, the message "This is a single cycle video. Proceed directly to classification and improvement." appears. Click "Proceed as-is" in the footer to move to STEP3 (Classification).
For Multi-Cycle Videos (Composing a Model Cycle)
An element × cycle matrix appears in the right panel. Following the guide "Build one model cycle from N repetitions," select which cycle to use for each element.
- Cell = element work time in that cycle. Shown as green = fastest / red = slowest / blue ✓ = selected
- Click a cell to select that cycle's element as part of the model (intuitive operation)
- The "Model" column on the right shows the element time for the current selection. The total at the bottom gives you the entire model cycle time at a glance
Presets (Batch Selection)
Use the two presets at the top of the right panel to apply common selection patterns with one click. After clicking, you can still manually override individual cells.
- "Best per element": Batch-selects a consistently good cycle for each element (a composite of the best options per element)
- "Best single cycle": Uses the best-performing cycle for all elements (useful when you want to show a consistent demonstration)
Left Panel: Model Continuous Preview
On the left, the model cycle built with the current selection plays continuously. Each element from the original video's corresponding section is seeked and joined, so you can immediately verify the "appearance as a model" each time you change the combination.
Cycle Adjustment (Fine-tuning Boundaries and Element Edges)
If AI's automatic splitting has misaligned cycle or element boundaries, you can fine-tune them by dragging from "Cycle adjustment" in the top right. This option appears only for multi-cycle videos.
About Reference Elements
The reference element used to align and arrange cycles is saved in the project. By default, it is created once from the AI analysis results and remains fixed regardless of subsequent element edits. Even if you rename or split elements, the table row count does not change.
- Re-analyzing recreates the reference
- "Reset" returns to the default created from AI analysis results
On the cycle adjustment screen, you can also edit the reference itself (add, delete, reorder, rename). You can also split, merge, add, or delete elements, assign to the reference, undo, or redo. The "Match with the reference" band shows at a glance what exists and what does not in each cycle. Unusually long elements trigger a warning (suggesting multiple actions may be collapsed into one).

How to Choose a Model
"Best single cycle" selects the shortest cycle from among those with equal element counts. Cycles with missing elements produce smaller totals and are excluded as candidates. Best per element considers all cycles as candidates.
Re-analyze
If the results are not satisfactory, you can select a different repeat type from "Re-analyze" in the top right and have AI re-analyze.
※ Re-analyzing cancels all model selection, classification, and improvement edits.
Proceed to STEP3
Once the model composition is finalized, click "Proceed with this model" in the footer center (or "Proceed as-is" for single-cycle videos). You will advance to STEP3 (Classification) to perform element classification and three-part segmentation settings on the model cycle.
Tips for Best Results
- Start by trying the "Best per element" preset, then manually replace only the elements that feel off with different cycles. This approach is smooth.
- For single-cycle videos only, the model step becomes "result confirmation only." Proceed as-is.
- Video rotation 90° set in STEP1 is saved in the project and shared across all steps (not affecting output)
