"Quick Analysis" is a feature that lets you have AI review a work video with just one click. You don't need an SOP or pre-set standard times. It's available on Pro plan and higher.
What you get
Quick Analysis produces two things.
Risky moments
The system flags dangerous scenes in the video with timestamps. Each finding has a category (one of two types) and a severity level (high, medium, or low).
- Injury — Unprotected or improper protective gear, hands near moving parts or sharp objects, working at height without support, entering hazardous areas, unsafe tool handling, and similar risks
- Quality defect — Dropping or dragging parts, soiling surfaces, skipping verification steps, and similar issues
The AI only flags findings based on what appears in the video. It does not flag scenes simply because it cannot confirm safety.
Improvement hints
The system highlights insights about how work is organized — waiting time, tool handovers, searching for items, movement flow, and similar opportunities.
Improvement hints appear only if the video has already been processed by the work video AI analysis (the AI step that prepares it for SOP creation). If AI analysis hasn't run yet, only the risky-moment detection runs.
How to start
From the side menu
- Open Work Analysis > Quick Analysis in the left sidebar
- Click "Start Quick Analysis" in the top right
- Choose a video to analyze from "Select a video"
- Optionally enter a brief description of the task (for example: "Press-brake operation: sheet metal removal and stacking")
- Choose a sharing scope (Only me / Same group / Entire team)
- Click "Analyze"
The task description is optional, but including it helps reduce off-target findings.
From a media library card
In the media library, select "Run work analysis with this media" from a video card or from the media list. You can then choose between Quick Analysis and Time Analysis.
Analysis takes a few minutes. You'll get an email when it completes. In the list view, you can see the status of the video, improvement hints, and risky moments.
View your results
Click a row in the list to open the results.
- The video appears on the left (or top on narrow screens), and the findings list appears on the right (or bottom)
- Click a finding to jump to that moment in the video
- When the playhead enters the time range of a finding, a frame and label appear over the matching part of the video
- The video timeline below shows markers for risky moments
- On wide screens, drag the divider between left and right to resize
Change sharing scope
In the list, open the […] menu for the row you want, select "Sharing scope", and choose "Only me", "Same group", or "Entire team". For more details, see Sharing work-analysis results with your team or group (Sharing scope settings).
Try again or delete
If you analyze the same video again, the earlier results are replaced. A confirmation prompt appears before running.
In the list, select rows and use "Delete selected" to remove them in bulk. You can only delete rows you have permission to delete. When you delete a result, the risky-moment findings are also deleted and cannot be recovered.
