The AI analyzes the video selected in STEP1 and extracts element work. For repetitive tasks (multiple cycles), it then assembles a "Model" single cycle from among them. Subsequent classification and improvement are performed against this model.

Run cycle analysis
- In STEP1, click "Proceed with this video" to advance to STEP2 (Extraction)
- Click "Run cycle analysis" in the right panel
- Answer "Does this video repeat the same work?" in the confirmation dialog
- Yes: The AI analyzes as multiple cycles and can create a "Model" with aligned cycles
- No: Analyzed as a one-time task (proceeds directly to STEP3)
- Click "Analyze with these settings" and the AI will analyze element work time
For single-cycle video
After analysis, if the video is determined to be a single cycle, the message "This is a single-cycle video. We will proceed directly to classification and improvement." appears. Click "Proceed as-is" in the footer to advance to STEP3 (Classification).
For multi-cycle video (model cycle composition)
The right panel displays an element × cycle matrix. Follow the guide "Create a model single cycle from N repetitions" and select which cycle to use for each element.
- Each cell shows the element work time for that cycle. Green = fastest / Red = slowest / Blue ✓ = currently adopted
- Click a cell to adopt that cycle's element into the model (intuitive operation)
- The "Model" column on the right shows element time under your current adoption configuration. The total field at the bottom shows the overall model cycle time at a glance
Presets (bulk adoption)
The two presets at the top of the right panel let you apply common adoption patterns with one click. After clicking, you can still manually override individual cells.
- "Best per element": Bulk-adopts the stable, good cycle for each element (a composite of the best per element)
- "Best single cycle": Aligns all elements to the single best cycle (when you want to show consistent performance)
Left panel: continuous model preview
The left side continuously plays the model cycle created with your current adoption configuration. Since it seamlessly joins corresponding sections from the source video for each element, you can check the "model appearance" immediately whenever you change the combination.
Cycle adjustment (fine-tuning cycle and element boundaries)
If the AI's automatic boundaries have shifted cycle or element divisions, use "Cycle adjustment" at the top right to drag-adjust the boundaries. This option appears only for multi-cycle videos.
Re-analyze
If the results are unsatisfactory, use "Re-analyze" at the top right to select the repeat type again and have the AI re-analyze.
※ Re-analyzing cancels all edits to model selection, classification, and improvement.
Proceed to STEP3
Once your model composition is set, click "Proceed with this model" in the footer center (or "Proceed as-is" for single-cycle video). You will advance to STEP3 (Classification) to set element classification and 3-category settings for the model cycle.
Tips for effective use
- Start with the "Best per element" preset, then manually replace only elements that feel off with a different cycle—this is smoother
- For single-cycle video, the model step becomes "result confirmation only." Simply proceed to the next step
- Video "Rotate 90°" is set in STEP1 and saved to the project, shared across all steps (does not affect export)
